Why did you decide to work at camp this summer?

I decided to work at camp as I work at a primary school myself and have loved working with kids pretty much my whole life and especially working in a school this year, and I also love the idea of traveling to new places and having new experiences and making new friends. So I thought I would just combined the both and that’s when I saw camp America.

What are you looking to learn from this summer?

I am looking to learn a lot more independence this summer and learn who I can as a person be when I am pushed way out of my comfort zone.

What do you think you can bring to camp this summer which will impact our campers?

I think I can bring a lot to the kids a camp, first of all I will be teaching them lots of different ways to do arts and crafts and have the best time exploring their creativity But also I will listen to them if they have a problem, I will try and give them advice and help them through as there mentor but also their big sister.

What are you looking forward to most about this summer?

I am looking forward to all of it, honestly exploring a new country and culture. Meeting so many people from all over the world and sharing this incredible experience with all of them, whilst always trying to make the most fun summer for the children.

Tell us an interesting fact/story about yourself!

My interesting but also disgusting fact, is when I was young I used to eat burger cheese and Jaffa cakes
(for anyone not English they are chocolate oranges cake bars).
