Why did you decide to work at camp this summer?
I decided to work at camp this summer because I was looking for a job that would be meaningful to me and help me gain experience in the field I am training to be in.

What are you looking to learn this summer from being a counselor?
While being a counselor this summer I plan to learn many things. I love interacting with kids, and as a music education major I will be working with kids for the rest of my life. I plan to learn what exactly that takes.

How are you looking to impact your children this summer?
I am looking to have a very meaningful impact on the children I counsel. I want them to see me as a big brother, someone they could talk to about anything, but also respect.

As the summer is fast approaching, how are you feeling about the summer?  Nervous?  Excited?
I am so excited for this summer! I’m actually not nervous at all, I live for adventure and this summer is going to be amazing!

Tell us an interesting fact/story about yourself?
One interesting fact about me is that I was an ambassador for the city of North Little Rock when I traveled to South Korea for part of my summer one year!
