THE POEM

The story of Odysseus goes Like many stories of true heroes With persistence and determination Odysseus influenced an entire nation

He and his new crew fought hard and strong In the Trojan War that lasted very long Although it was hard at many times His pride for his nation drove his mind

When many people fell and died It seemed that the gods weren’t on his side At the end of the war, when Troy was safe and sound Odysseus was still nowhere to be found

Giant storms came sweeping in But he knew the monsters couldn’t win He had many cold and sleepless nights But still, he didn’t end his fight

After many cries and many fears Odysseus did return after 10 years With his strength and mind, he conquered all Just like the Blue team will never fall

Like with coming here, we all have learned Although we are separated for a while, we have all returned
