Baggage and Transportation

Baggage Instructions

All Session 1 and Full Summer campers must pre-ship their baggage to camp. There are 2 options available:

Iroquois Springs Baggage Service (NJ, Rockland, Maryland, Westchester and Long Island):  Iroquois Springs baggage service is a regional baggage pickup service where our truck along with Iroquois Springs staff will meet you at various locations, and will help you get your bags from your car to the luggage truck. This is a REGIONAL pickup, not door-to-door. This service can be used for round trip service or one-way service.  It is the most economical way to ship baggage and as this service is provided by Iroquois Springs, baggage goes directly to camp.

The cost is $150 one-way & $225 round trip.

Camp Trucking (Entire United States):  Camp Trucking provides door-to-door pickup and drop-off service. You will receive information from Camp Trucking about their service at the end of April and they will advise you around June 1st as to the exact date of your pick-up. We suggest that all baggage shipped via Camp Trucking be locked. Please sign up with camp trucking directly on their website at www.camptrucking.com  before May 19th.

If you are located in a non-camp trucking area, and you will be using FedEx, UPS, or DHL to get your child’s belongings to camp, please opt for “ShipCamps” in the dropdown list on the Parent Dashboard.

Please remember to submit your child’s baggage method in the forms section of the Parent Dashboard.

Please be sure to properly label these materials. Do not hand these materials to any other staff member and have your child go directly to his or her assigned bus with any carry-on luggage.
  1. Please provide your child with a bag lunch, including a drink. Please do not send excessive food or sweets on the bus. Any food unconsumed on the bus is thrown away upon arrival at camp.   As we have campers with allergies riding the bus, please do not send any foods containing nuts.
